Beef Bulgogi Noodles

Korean BBQ at its finest! Thin slices of USDA Choice sirloin are marinated and ripened overnight in Seoul style mix of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper. Bulgogi is then grilled with green bell pepper, onions, portabella mushrooms, carrots and scallions in a rich and savory beef broth, and is put on a bed of noodles of your choice for serving. #BULGOGHETTI

Spicy Pork Noodles

Spicy version of the KBBQ, thin slices of pork shoulder are marinated and ripened overnight in a spicy mixture of Gochujang (red pepper paste), sugar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper. It is then grilled with onions, carrots, mushrooms and scallions, mixed together with noodles of your choice for serving. Choose your spicy level, but be careful because it sure is a kick to your tongue!
